Mahon Books is an independant book publishing house based in Sydney / Eora, Australia
that focuses on making and distributing books made by photographers and artists from the
local community. Mahon came into fruition during a summer where three friends spent most
days by the water talking about books, art and photography, in between swimming.
Mahon books was birthed from a desire to both honour and share the beauty of
the everyday, as captured in pictures, words and art.
